4. Post-Retrofit Evaluation: Upon completing the retrofit implementation, you will need to book your EnerGuide final evaluation to complete the audit process to qualify for the loan. 
5. Document Submission: You will need to complete the applicable paperwork and submit all receipts within your Canada Green Homes Loan portal. Submit the final documentation to get the remainder of the loan, including the EnerGuide evaluation reports and proof of completed work.
